Joseph Martino was
approved by the church council as Music Ministries Director effective January
2012. Jan Peters will continue to direct
the bells until June, 2012.
Staff
evaluations are complete for Christian Education, Events coordinator and the
maintenance manager. The balance of
staff will be reviewed in the near future.
These evaluations and discussions of required tasks and ministry will be
taken into account as we look at the 2012 budget requirements. Staff costs are
higher at Trinity than other similar sized Methodist churches and this will
also be considered during budget development.
No health
care allowances will be granted to part time staff effective January 2012.
Children,
youth and young families and singles will continue to be a key target group to
be supported in 2012.
